After a water leak left my apartment slow to dry out, I was worried about mold and wanted a professional opinion I could actually trust. Ethan came out and did a thorough mold test, and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. He was responsive, punctual, and took the time to walk me through exactly what he was checking for and why. He clearly knows his stuff and never made me feel rushed or pushed toward anything I didn't need — just honest, straightforward answers to all my questions. It's rare to find someone who owns their business and still shows up personally with this level of care. If you're dealing with water damage or any mold concerns in the Dallas area, I can't recommend Ethan and Mold Testing Dallas highly enough.

I contacted 10 different businesses to come test my attic for mold due to a leak from an AC unit, Mold Testing Dallas has the absolute best pricing for what we needed. Since our health is a concern, Ethan was very empathetic to our situation and booked our appointment immediately. He also has the fastest turn around time for the test results. Super impressed with his service and kindness.

Ethan did a phenomenal job testing my apartment. He was able to come on short notice and educated me on where swabs should be done and all things mold. His pricing was competitive and reasonable. After calling around for quotes, his customer service and price breakdown was the best. Many companies didn't even call me back until after he had already conducted the inspection. Ethan also has wonderful communication skills. He was able to find many types of mold, one of which was toxic black mold. The report I was provided was extremely comprehensive. If you are looking for a thorough inspection in your apartment, home, etc., call Ethan / Mold Testing Dallas. If there is anything to be found, I'm confident he will find it. Thanks Ethan!

These guys were great! I called, and Ethan got us on the schedule within 2 days! I have had mold issues in the past so buying a new home, even though it was a new build, a mold inspection was a must for me. They did a full report, lab testing, moisture ranges, the full 9 yards! 100% recommend giving Ethan and his team a call for any mold inspections.

Great and extremely THOROUGH mold inspection from the team at Mold Testing Dallas. A lot of companies in the past have come in and done the bare minimum, but this team took the time to hear our concerns, do a full inspection of the house, and take plenty of samples. We are also getting ready to do a remodel, and we will certainly use them to test for asbestos as well. 10/10.

We had an unexpected home emergency when doing some kitchen maintenance — discovered a ton of mold behind our kitchen cabinets. Found these guys with a simple Google search and they came out and tested the kitchen and other areas of the house. Pricing was easy to understand, they were available right away and easy to schedule, and they helped find all the areas with issues in the house. If you're like me it's probably not a fun call to make but felt like they took care of us during a difficult time.

I would highly recommend Mold Testing Dallas for any air quality testing, mold testing, or asbestos testing in Dallas Fort Worth. The team was extremely professional and they were very fairly priced. They went above and beyond to educate our family on what all the tests and reports meant, and were very helpful in next steps after the mold inspection. It was great working with them because of the fact that they only do testing and no remediation work — it just made us trust them that much more. If you need mold testing or asbestos testing in the Dallas Fort Worth area, I couldn't recommend Mold Testing Dallas enough!
